How do I create an account?

Go to the registration page, enter a username, email, and password. You can sign up in less than 30 seconds. Email verification is not required, but recommended.

How do I post my first reel?

After logging in:

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom navigation
  2. Choose a video (MP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 100MB)
  3. Optional: choose a challenge to earn more money
  4. Write a description and tags
  5. Tap "Post Reel"

πŸ’° Earning Money

How much do I earn per view?

  • FREE Plan: G 0.10 HTG per view
  • PRO Plan: G 0.15 HTG per view (3x boost)
  • VIP Plan: G 0.20 HTG per view (10x boost + spotlight)

Do all views count?

No. Our fraud-detection system doesn't count:

  • Views from the same IP in a short time
  • Multiple views from the same device
  • Views where the person didn't watch the reel for at least 3 seconds
  • Your own views (self-views)

What is a "cap"?

Each challenge has a maximum amount each reel can earn (e.g. G 500). When you reach the limit, the reel keeps getting views but stops earning. This is so the challenge budget is fairly distributed among all creators.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Processed within 24 to 72 hours. You'll receive a notification when payment is complete.

What's the minimum withdrawal?

The minimum is G 100 HTG. This may change, check your wallet page for the current amount.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to Settings β†’ Subscription and tap "Cancel". You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

What happens if payment fails?

Your plan downgrades to FREE until you update your card. You'll receive an email notice. Your data isn't lost.

Is the platform secure?

Yes. Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt, all connections use HTTPS, payments handled by Stripe (PCI DSS). See our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings β†’ Account β†’ Delete Account. This is permanent and all your data will be erased within 30 days.

My reel isn't showing?

A few possible reasons:

  • Your reel is under review (for FREE accounts β€” process can take 24h)
  • Your reel violates the terms (e.g. pornography, violence)
  • Technical issue with video storage

Check Settings β†’ My Reels to see status.

I can't log in!

  • Use "Forgot password" to reset
  • Check that your email is correct
  • Clear cookies and browser cache
  • If you're stuck, contact us
